Scott Teitelbaum, MD, is a University of Florida addiction medicine physician and medical director at UF Health Florida Recovery Center. He specializes in medically complex cases and the treatment of impaired professionals. He and his team of doctors, nurses and therapists can treat patients with addiction and co-occuring disorders.
UF Health Florida Recovery Center in Gainesville is located in serene west Gainesville in north central Florida. It’s within a short drive from Ocala, Lake City, Cedar Key, Crystal River and Palatka. UF Health Florida Recovery Center is the main campus for all of the UF Health addiction treatment services.
